Perfect 3 day stay at Westlight! Everything was perfect, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast area was so cute in the outdoor courtyard area with nice simple offerings every day. Nice deal on parking in a garage 5 minute walk away for 12 euros per day that the hotel offers if needed.

We arrived early in the morning and were delighted to be able to access our chalet ahead of the usual check-in time. Our chalet was facing the seafront so we had a fantastic view of the fireworks on the last night of the music festival. The staff we met were all very friendly and helpful and breakfast was a lovely selection of healthy options.

The location was perfect! The sea view was fabulous! Breakfast on the garden terrace, very quiet. It was like being at home! An old bourgeois house: I love it!

A great location. Just 30 steps to walk down to the esplanade and from there down to the beach or 100 yards to the end of the road and the Citadel and beyond that the Marina. The staff were excellent, particularly Diogo who was there to both welcome and say goodbye to us. We loved the decoration, great colour scheme. Fantastic breakfast in the morning from 8am. Orange juice, great coffee, cereals, boiled eggs, meats and cheeses. Some lovely bread and little pastries. They offer to make scrambled eggs for you too. Combination go get in to the garden area, the building and the room. There is a wine machine in the reception area. Top up a card, small or large glass of wine available. 6 choices at different prices. Any money left on the card at the end of the stay is reimbursed. Would very happily stay again. Offered a glass of water whilst waiting for the taxi. Staff happy for us to leave our bags after checking out of the room and having another walk along the beach and the town.

Really enjoyable stay for 2 nights. The location is brilliant - just a 2 min walk to the old town and also the beach. Staff were also incredibly helpful.

Perfect location! Very stylish rooms. Very comfortable bed. Gorgeous clean and fluffy towels. Quality faucets in the bathroom: a pleasure to use! Daily cleaning of the room. Lovely breakfasts. Very friendly staff. We have stayed in three hotels in Cascais. In our opinion, this is the best hotel! We recommend it from the bottom of our hearts! And thank you for these wonderful 4 days!

The Westlight Chalet exceeded our expectations! First warmed caring staff...people we will not soon forget! Secondly a near perfect location matched by a very nice facility! I have a critical eye being in the resort, tourism and hospitality business and the Westlight Chalet is the right venue for people wanting a quality stay in Cascais.
In my opinion it will be hard to get a booking unless you plan in advance!

What a joy to stay here at the Westlight! On a girls trip with my best friend from college and we were both delighted from the moment we arrived. Though there is no elevator, we had no problem taking our luggage up to the top floor where the view was so charming of the village and waterfront. the room is beautifully appointed and decorated and smelled clean, fresh and of lavender. the bathroom rain head shower is divine after a days swim or exploring. the breakfast was simple but had an excellent selection of yummy things to start the day, and there were sweet NATAs all day long available with cool herbed water. the staff was very helpful with beach towels, umbrella, and organizing day adventures. so pleasant that I will absolutely return. would be fabulous for a romantic break.

Beautiful chalet, awesome view from our balcony, overlooking the ocean. Location was perfect, close to restaurant and bars but not noisy at all. The staff were fabulous and the property was spotless.

Very well located, near a small beach, restaurants and stores. Pleasent balcony over the sea (slightly away from the street, limiting the view and noise of the cars). Comfortable room, in good condition and clean. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

The location was absolutely spot on it was the centre of everything the town and the new Marina. The room with sea view, and small beach perfect sun rises and sunsets, Staff were more than excellent , nothing was to much trouble for them, and there was always someone available Bedrooms were cleaned daily and beds made daily. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice and more than enough to eat. Absolutely loved the hotel and position can,t wait to go again.

Our guests opinionStayed in one of the Junior Suites with a sea view for 3 nights. The location was excellent, with lovely restaurants and bars at your doorstep. The room and facilities were as pictured and described - tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We were very satisfied with the selection of food and beverages on offer for breakfast. And just like all the reviews I read before I made this booking, the staff were super friendly, professional and couldn't be more helpful. Would definitely return!

Its location is perfect for coastal walks, train / bus station and is surrounded by beautiful restaurants. The sunrise/ sunset views were majestic from our balcony. Our room was so comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of good produce. The staff so professional and always to hand to assist
